Otara attended the Economic Times Women’s Forum held in Mumbai recently. Partnered by Facebook, the Forum saw over 50 international and Indian speakers come together for a day to deliberate on more than 12 areas of focus. These ranged from gender diversity in boardrooms and parliaments to enhancing women’s participation in the workforce and more. Otara was part of the panel discussion which focused on “Beating the Gender Bias in South Asia” along with co-panelists Sarah Ali from Bangaldesh, Fawzia Koofi from Afghanistan and moderator Sagarika Ghose from the Times of India.
